This is a piece that is at the Krause Gallery. I made it about 2 months ago and was part of a group show last month.
Size is 2 feet by 3 feet, mix media on wood. It isn't the best pic, I know, but it is what I have at the moment. In the rush of things I forgot to take a picture of it so the gallery owner took it. The show was a collaboration show where artist were paired to collab and with the collab we had to have a piece of our own. I don't have a photo of the collaboration piece but I was promised to get one soon.

So to complete the show I made these 16"x16" mix media on wood pieces. Since all the pieces were done at the back end of 2007 and some changes have occurred in my work after them I wanted to bring something reflecting what is currently going on into the mix. What I'm referring to is mainly technique wise, a lot of it is hard to capture on a photo.
I don't remember if I mentioned this on a previous entry so I apologize if I did.

For the most part the show is going to be works on paper but I wanted to throw a few newer ones to tie it in with what is currently going on in my work. These are on wood.

Salitre, the wood version

This is the 16"x16" piece. It is hard to capture the depth and texture of the piece on a photo so here is an angle shot of it. Still isn't the best but it gives an idea of what it looks like.

Salitre, paper version

This is the "on paper" version of a piece that I did for a group show that will be on April in Puerto Rico. It is 10"x11" the other, that will be posted soon" is 16"x16" on wood. Check out the gallery at www.galeriayemaya.com
