Sorry...I watch Spongebob with my girls and I couldn't help it. Although I did watch it before they were born...ha!
Anyway, here are some jellyfish drawings that I made last night. Most are pen+brush and ink. Others are pencil.
I've wanted to do something with them for quite some time now, something about their grace and deadlyness that I find interesting. Very mysterious creatures. That and many things as well, growing up in PR i've had my share of stings. Almost planted by face into one this past vacation, not on purpose of course.

These are a series that I made the week of my birthday. Each is something that I wore on that specific day.
They are 11"x14" conté, charcoal(sometimes ink) on Duralar. Some will be shown at the Linstrum+Matre Artworks group show("Draw") on March 6th.
